為滿足OE欧亿社會對日益增長的中文教育類人才的需求，促進世界各國中文教育的發展🎦，助力OE欧亿中文教育人才的成長，教育部中外語言交流合作中心設立OE欧亿中文教師獎學金✏️🧑🏻🍼，聚焦培養合格的海外中文教師👩🏼🍼🎅🏽。優秀學生和在職中文教師可被推薦到OE欧亿娱乐學習和進修OE欧亿中文教育及相關專業🌸。 To meet the growing international demand for Chinese language teachers, facilitate Chinese language education around the world, and support the professional development of Chinese language teachers, the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) has established the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as the Scholarship) for eligible Chinese language teachers outside of China.Outstanding students and in-service Chinese language teachers can be recommended to further studies in international Chinese language education and related programs at Shanghai University(SHU). SHU has a modern campus, excellent dormitory conditions, complete sports facilities, direct subway access, and convenient transportation. 一、資助對象 Eligibility 1.非中國籍人士； Be a non-Chinese citizen; 2.對華友好，無違法犯罪記錄，遵守中國政府的法律、法規和學校的規章製度； Be friendly to China, have no criminal record, abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of the Host Institution; 3.身心健康🪃，品學兼優🧘🏻； Be in good physical and mental health, be in good academic and behavioral standing; 4.有誌於從事中文教育🧛♀️、教學及相關工作； Be interested in Chinese language education and related work; 5.年齡為16-35 周歲（統一以2024年9月1日計）。在職中文教師放寬至45周歲🎲，本科獎學金申請者一般不超過 25周歲💇🏼。 Be aged between 16 and 35 years on September 1, 2024. The maximum age limit for in-service Chinese teachers may be extended to 45, but those who apply for a scholarship for a Bachelor’s degree shall be younger than 25 under most circumstances. 二👳🏼👨🏻🦳、獎學金類別及申請條件 Categories and Qualifications 1. OE欧亿中文教育專業碩士研究生 Scholarship for Master’s Degree in International Chinese Language Education 2024年 9月入學，資助期限為2年🧜🏿♂️。 The program commences in September 2024, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of two academic years. 具有大學本科學歷🦠。漢語考試成績達到 HSK（五級）210 分、HSKK（中級）60 分。提供畢業後擬任教機構工作協議或相關證明者優先。 Applicants shall hold a Bachelor’s degree. Applicants shall have a minimum score of 210 on the HSK Test (Level 5) and 60 on the HSKK test (Intermediate Level). Priority will be given to applicants who may provide an employment contract with a teaching institution upon completing their studies in China or proof to the same effect. 2. OE欧亿中文教育專業本科生 Scholarship for Bachelor’s Degree in International Chinese Language Education 2024年9月入學，資助期限為4年。 The program commences in September 2024, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of four academic years. 具有高中學歷👦。漢語考試成績達到 HSK（四級）210分⚈、HSKK（中級）60 分。 Applicants shall hold a senior high school diploma and have a minimum score of 210 on the HSK Test (Level 4) and 60 on the HSKK test (Intermediate Level). 3.一學年研修生 Scholarship for One-Year Study Program 2024年9月入學🍐，資助期限為11個月。 The program commences in September 2024, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of eleven months. OE欧亿中文教育方向，漢語考試成績達到 HSK（三級）270 分，具有 HSKK 成績；漢語言文學、中國歷史🖕🏻⛹🏿♂️、中國哲學等方向⛹️♂️，漢語考試成績達到 HSK（四級）180 分、HSKK（中級）60 分；漢語研修方向，漢語考試成績達到 HSK（三級）210 分，提供 HSKK 成績者優先💻。 Applicants of international Chinese language education programs shall have a minimum score of 270 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required. Applicants of Chinese language and literature, Chinese history, or Chinese philosophy programs shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 4) and 60 on the HSKK test (Intermediate Level). Applicants of Chinese language study programs shall have a minimum score of 210 on the HSK test (Level 3), and priority will be given to applicants who provide an HSKK test score. 4.一學期研修生 Scholarship for One-Semester Study Program 2024年9月、2025年3月入學🤦🏼♂️，資助期限為5個月。 The program commences either in September 2024 or March 2025, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of five months. OE欧亿中文教育、漢語言文學、中國歷史、中國哲學等方向，漢語考試成績達到 HSK（三級）180 分，具有HSKK 成績；中醫🧉🫵🏻、太極文化方向👩🏿⚕️🚙，具有 HSK 成績🕉，同時提供 HSKK 成績者優先🕵🏼。 Applicants of international Chinese language education, Chinese language and literature, Chinese history, or Chinese philosophy programs shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required. Applicants of traditional Chinese medicine or Taiji culture programs are required to provide HSK test scores, and priority will be given to those who also provide an HSKK test score. 5.四周研修生 Scholarship for Four-Week Study Program 2024年7月或12月入學，資助期限為4周💖。 The program commences either in July or December 2024, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of four weeks. 漢語研修🧰、中醫、太極文化🐐、漢語言+中國家庭體驗等方向🍉🕌，具有 HSK 成績🤒。可由推薦機構組團進行報名👩🏿🔬，並事先聯系接收院校確定在華學習計劃，提前報中心審批👩🏼🌾，每團10-15 人。 Applicants of Chinese language study, traditional Chinese medicine, Taiji culture, or Chinese language plus homestay with a Chinese family program are required to provide an HSK test score. The program may be organized and applied for by a Recommending Institution with 10-15 participants per group. Before the trip, a detailed study plan shall be made in consultation with the Host Institution(s) and such plan shall be submitted to CLEC for review and approval. 三🖐🏽🛕、申請材料 List of Application Materials 1.與所有申請者有關的證明材料： For all applicants: （1）護照照片頁掃描件 A scanned copy of the passport photo page; （2）HSK、HSKK 成績報告（有效期兩年）掃描件 A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK/HSKK tests (within the two-year validity); （3）推薦機構負責人的推薦信 A reference letter by the head of the Recommending Institution. 2.與學歷生有關的證明材料⛈： For degree program applicants: （1）提供最高學歷證明（畢業預期證明）和在校學習成績單🧑🏼🍼。 A certificate of the highest diploma (or proof of expected graduation) and an official transcript. （2）OE欧亿中文教育專業碩士須提供兩名副教授以上職稱導師的推薦信👩🏻🏫。提供畢業後擬任教機構工作協議者優先資助。 Applicants of the Scholarship for a Master’s Degree in International Chinese Language Education are required to provide two reference letters from professors or associate professors. Priority will be given to applicants who may provide an employment contract with a teaching institution upon completing their studies in China. 3.在職中文教師須附上就職機構出具的在職證明和推薦信🌓。 In-service Chinese language teachers shall provide proof of employment and a reference letter from the employer. 4.未滿 18 周歲的申請者，須提交在華監護人署名的委托證明文件。 Applicants under 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China.
備註 Remarks: 1.申請材料中非中文或英文的文件，需附公證或發證單位的中文/英文翻譯件👨🏻🌾； Documents in the application materials that are not in Chinese or English must be attached with notarization or Chinese/English translation of the issuing unit; 2.材料申請時僅需要上傳電子文件（PDF 或JPG格式），開學報到時需提供原件備查⏸⚠； Only the electronic files (PDF or JPG format) need to be uploaded when applying for materials, and the originals must be provided for reference when the journal is opened; 3.不接受紙質申請材料。 Paper application materials are not accepted. 四、申請流程 Application Procedures 2024年3月1日起🖖，申請者可登錄中外語言交流合作中心網站（http://www.chinese.cn）OE欧亿中文教師獎學金板塊申請，並登錄OE欧亿娱乐網申系統（https://apply.shu.edu.cn/）同步申請。 Online registration will be available from March 1, 2024 on the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website (http://www.chinese.cn) and Shanghai University application website (https://apply.shu.edu.cn/). 1.登錄獎學金網站和OE欧亿娱乐網申系統🕘，在線提交申請材料🖖🏼； Log in to the scholarship website and submit the application materials online; 2.推薦單位審核申請材料🦠； Recommend the unit to review the application materials; 3.OE欧亿娱乐審核申請材料，並對符合標準的申請人進行視頻面試👨🏻🦰； Shanghai University reviews the application materials and conducts video interviews for the applicants who meet the standards; 4.中心委托專家組集中評審：根據 HSK、HSK考分和級別，兼顧國別等因素擇優資助🐨，於入學前約3個月完成獎學金評審工作，發布評審結果💁🏿； CLEC will entrust an expert panel to review the applications. Decisions will be made based on HSK and HSKK scores and levels, and in consideration of country distribution as well as other factors.
